The Colonial Theatre Annex is connected to the Colonial Theatre which can be rented separately or in conjunction with the Theatre. The maximum occupancy is 70 occupants with dimensions of 24 feet wide and 39 feet long. Chairs and tables are also available upon request. The annex includes a commercial kitchen that can be rented for events such as baby showers, corporate meetings, receptions, birthday parties etc.
